General Data Protection Regulation
Pursuant to Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016. (Official Journal of the EU L 119 of 04.05.2016) we inform you that:
1. The Administrator of your personal data is Brave Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Kraków (30-415), ul. wadowicka 6, contact regarding data protection - e-mail people@bravelab.io.
2. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of the recruitment process - on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data of 27 April 2016 and the Labour Code of 26 June 1974. The recipients of your personal data will be the only entities entitled to obtain personal data under the provisions of law. Your personal data will be stored for the duration of the recruitment process. If you consent to your personal data being processed in future recruitment processes, your personal data will be stored for 2 years.
3. You have the right to request from the Administrator access to your personal data, its rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, and the right to withdraw your consent. You have the right to complain to the supervisory authority.
4. Providing personal data is mandatory under the law, and otherwise is voluntary.
